Friends, family and fellow business owners joined the Meeker Chamber of Commerce in congratulating Vanessa Trout, owner of Blanco Cellars, at the outlet’s ribbon cutting ceremony and grand opening on Friday. Blanco Cellars, located at 645 Main St., is a specialty shop for small-batch wine, spirits, beer, sake and cider from around the world with an emphasis on small batch and natural farming selections. Monthly tastings, classes and events will also be offered.
